Video Equipment.
New for 2008. We have just recently purchased all new High Definition video cameras (HDV). This allows us to capture and master your event in 1920 X 1080 resolutions. What does that mean? It means a better representation of what we are recording and a better final product for you..
Editing Station
Taking great video is only the beginning. We use only Apple computers running Final Cut Studio 2. The video is taken in digitally and then edited within our computers. All production can be done from start to finish within the same computer. And then outputted to DVD for your final approval.
Photo Gear
We use all digital equipment so that it is better priced for you. Contact us for more detailed information on the type of cameras, flashes and lenses that we use.
Audio
Our cameras come equiped with many different types of audio equipment to help grab the sounds of your event. For most events our cameras have "Rode" branded shotgun microphones, which help grab just the audio that we really want
As a second option and one that is most useful when recording vocal audio. We have "Azden" branded wireless microphones. Coming in either lapel style or handheld these will surely catch what you are talking about.
If you are looking at more commercial work and need some voice work done at a later time, we use "Shure" branded corded microphones. These work great when you need to do some high quality voice overs.
Lighting
The one thing that can truly make or break good video is lighting. And this is something that we really want your opinion on. If you do not mind, we can equip our cameras with a light to help brighten up the subject. Some like it and some do not. This is something that we do leave up to your descretion. We use "Bescor" branded lights.
